To make unit MultiRegion please follow the steps below;

To Confirm Current Region

Turn Player On (with NO Disk) wait until display says "No Disk"
On Remote Control Press 0 0 0 9
On Remote Control Press OK
Current Region Is Displayed On Screen
Open & Close The Disk Tray

To Set New Region

Turn Player On (with NO Disk) wait until display says "No Disk"
On Remote Control Press 0 0 8 6 0 0 0
On Remote Control Press OK
Open & Close The Disk Tray

NB The Final 0 (Zero) is for Region Free change to 1~ 6 for Region Specific it may be Required if it does not play RCE Disks.

Also apparently there is no on screen Response at any Time ..To Confirm Region Change you will Have to Repeat the Region Check at the Top of the Post...or try a Different Region Disk.
