Design and ergonomics
The nearly completely flat body of the L100, which is only 20mm thick and weighs only 114g, can very easily be slipped into a pocket. A mode dial with grooves for improved feel and a 2.5 inch LCD viewing screen makes both capturing and viewing of pictures easier.
Picture quality and lens
The camera’s 8.2 megapixel resolution allows for pictures to be blown up to larger than A2 size, which means there is ample room for picture cropping. The 3x optical zoom lens has the 35mm focal length equivalence of 34- 102mm. White balance can be adjusted and the auto-exposure is also programmable. An ISO sensitivity of up to 1600 produces superior pictures in low light conditions.
